Black Bean Brownies

Black Bean Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large Eggs (with yolk)
  • 1 Can Drained and Rinsed Black Beans (540mL is what I use)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 oz Unsweetened Dark Bakers Chocolate
  • 1/3 cup Walnut Pieces
  • 6 packets Living Lotus Stevia
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Add all ingredients, holding back the walnuts, to food processor, process until smooth, add walnuts, pulse a couple of times
  3. Spray Cooking Oil (I like coconut for this) into an 8×8 baking dish
  4. Add blended ingredients to baking dish
  5. Bake for 25* minutes
  6. Remove from oven, allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before attempting to cut, as they are continuing to solidify during this time
  7. Refrigerate in a sealed container once cooled down and divided

Makes 16 small servings
